Education is one of the interconnected aspects of our services at IMI, and for five decades, we have offered distinctive education courses with the objective of reinforcing theoretical knowledge, developing systemic and strategic insights, and improving applied management skills.
By identifying the educational needs of enterprises, institutes, and organizations, as well as by utilizing the scientific and practical potentials of a network of specialized, experienced professors and consultants (both local and global), the IMI Training Center designs and organizes various training courses for senior managers, middle managers, experts, and supervisors of different levels and areas of management. Providing cutting-edge knowledge and concepts via up-to-date teaching methods, with emphasis on practical aspects, is among the distinguishing features of our various training courses. In the training course, interactive methods are incorporated, e.g., Case Method, group work, workshops, multimedia tools, etc.
Furthermore, the master’s courses are also conducted in accordance with the rules of higher education, in which the interested individuals are admitted through the Iranian National University Entrance Exam.
Every year, about 12,000 people take part in, and benefit from, our training services; this brings IMI’s educational operations to one million person-hours per year.
